Shon is extremely knowledgeable and able to break down the existing problem so one could completely understand the issue. He is so easy to contact and keeps you apprised of his status. He is available on-call 24 hours-a-day, which in todays hiring market, you would expect to pay out-the-nose, but he is so reasonable. He is a great communicator, constantly texting and calling to update you on his departure status and arrival time. Not only is he an expert in his field, he is extremely personable and easy to fully understand when he is advising you. Just a heck of a good person in general, not to mention he is an Army veteran, so his work ethic, standards and quality are without question. His pricing is extremely reasonable considering he traveled about 30 miles to my residence. In fact, I was literally stunned by the low total amount on the bill. If you need any type of plumbing or handyman service, Shon is without question, the guy you want to hire. I am so pleased with meeting someone of his caliber and knowledge base.
