I needed a solution to keeping water out of the basement; Benito went out to my property, proposed a solution, took pictures and sent his proposal with costs. We discussed and he got to work right away with his crew. His communication was excellent as he let me when he was on property, took pics and video of work and kept me updated. He also looked at few other items I needed taken care of and also suggested gutter covers as my gutters were full of leaves and clogged. I appreciated him going the extra mile and letting me know those needed taken care. Being out of state and home on a wooded lot he provided a solution for something that wasnâ t even on my radar, but needed to be. I will definitely hire him again! He went over to reevaluate how the project could be done to accommodate what we needed. With every change or need between us or them, communication was done. At no time did I feel like I couldnâ t text him and say that something came up. They were punctual, and completed the work in the timeframe that they told us . They cleaned up the whole area, explained everything that they were doing while they were working on the project (including when they were going to lunch) & never made me feel as if I was intruding if I asked questions.
