Even as more damage was found than what we first realized he explained everything to me with great patience and told me what needed to be done and how he would do it. He was very accommodating making sure that we could use what was needed as he was working and worked around our needs and schedule. He answered all my questions and any of my concerns in a way I could understand. He does great work and it was nice to have somebody I completely trust doing that work. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needed work done."
