In fact, several locations needed sanding and staining. After meeting with the Sac team, my wife and I decided they were right for us. At the final inspection of their work the site manager noticed some spot that needed additional attention which they handled without any extra charge to us. The Sac staff were very professional and neat, using drop cloths and picking up any trash at the end of each day… which was important to us. "Responded promptly to home advisor inquiry. Discovered a small hole in roof while in attic. They came out an repaired quickly for a reasonable price. Took photos before and after to show what they did. Noticed broken gutters (I was aware of this issue, but had forgotten about it). Offered to repair those and I accepted. One was loose the other dislodged from snow and ice last winter. Repaired/replaced as needed-again reasonable price and they were already here! Very friendly, great customer service."
