"What an amazing job Dan Leach and his team did! We feel like we have a new home. The initial project entailed reconstructing a 35 year old rear deck that had structural issues as well as a large area to repair/replace. We didnâ t want to replace the whole deck and Dan agreed, after checking to ensure that the overall structure was worth saving. Most contractors just want to rip out and replace a deck which would have exponentially increased the cost. Dan was able to envision a design improvement, creating stadium stairs, which made the deck more functional and flow better. Since we saw the quality of the work being performed, we decided to expand the project. The rest of the house needed to be stained and areas needed repair including a drain which they were able to recreate the architectural design of the structure. Danâ s team, with Carlos leading, are superb craftsmen who take pride in their work and do a meticulous job. They are reliable, on time and pleasant to work with. The cost was very reasonable considering we kept added additional work. We highly recommend Dan and his team and would definitely hire them again."
