"Eli was great. He was on time, polite, and professional. When I would email him questions about the shower glass door, he would reply the same day or call me directly to answer the question. We scheduled a time and he was running behind, but communicated it that same day for an hour later. When he arrived, he was ready to go straight to work. He left the work area clean in our house and asked me to check out the finish product before leaving. He also reassured me if there was any issues he would come out to resolve them.
