"I got five quotes for my roof replacement. The quote from this company was upper-middle but covered every thing that is needed to meet the current Florida windstorm mitigation requirements for central Florida. Some of the others did not. The crew was the hardest working group I have ever seen. The job is great and looks terrific. They covered my shrubs with a blue tarp which for me did not result in any problem. It was sunny and in the low 90s during the work. I read all the HomeAdvisor reviews before making my choice. BTW, I noted that one reviewer stated that the crew does not speak English. True, but the company assigns a coordinator that is available immediately by phone if any problems arise (none did for me). Also included is a Wind Mitigation Inspection by a third party, which is a real plus. They also offered financing (through a bank) and accepted credit cards without additional fees (some did not accept credit cards and the others that did charged a fee). And no up-front payment was required. Just icing on the cake. Cleanup after the job left my yard spotless."
