"I hired Nathan for a 600 square foot room addition. His quote was on the lower side of the spectrum and I did extensive due diligence. The results were great so I hired him. Whenever I called he answered the phone. He was respectful and professional. A number of promises were extended throughout the job and he fulfilled every one of them on the timeline promised. Every decision that I made he checked with me enough times to insure my desired was achieved. When it was not he did it over again. There were a number of changes and as long as it did not require a lot of extra time there were no additional charges. When I asked for extensive extras to be done his charges were more than fair. His work was top notch and clean. Obviously, I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with Nathan and his crew. Yesterday he and a helper spent the whole day doing a job running 100 feet of wire, hooking up five fountains with timers, two more times to control two more lighting systems, installation of three dimmers inside my house, and troubleshooting two 12. Volt landscape lights. The quote from another contractor for just the wires and fountains was $2,000. Nathan did the whole job for $700! I am 67 years old and have managed many projects overs the years for myself and others. Hands down it doesnâ t get any better than Nathan. And to top it off he has a great sense of humor."

A truly skilled, well-equipped professional with a truck full of parts that charges $100 an hour can be a much wiser choice than an inexperienced hack, working with inadequate tools and no parts, but charging much less. Often, more experienced professionals get the job done quickly with warrantied work.
2. Compare Travel ChargesRates reflect travel times. Travel charges can have a big impact on your costs and are in some ways easier to compare than hourly rates. Many electricians spend a third or more of their time navigating traffic on their way to a jobsite. Every contractor must find a way to pay for the expense of driving each day.
3. Bundle Repair Jobs TogetherWhen you feel it’s time to call a pro, review your list and then conduct a mini-inspection of your home. Look for faulty switches and dysfunctional or crowded outlets. When the electrician comes, you’ll save money and time by getting everything taken care of at once.
4. How to Prepare & What to Know Before the Electrician ArrivesDana Point Electricians are rated 0.0 out of 5 based on 0 reviews of 0 pros.
