"I first found Ivan through HomeAdvisor and decided to let him do remodel for my two bathrooms (rip out old cabinets and countertops and sinks and install brand new equipment that we furnished). He did a great job, quality of work was really good. Ivan never asked for any money from me until the job was 75% complete, and even then he only asked for a small portion of the total amount. I was very happy with his customer relationship skills and the workers that work for him. He stands behind his work. I was happy enough that I hired Ivan again to do a small kitchen remodel (careful demo of kitchen countertops, removal of dishwasher, install new owner furnished quartz countertop and dishwasher).
