I said clients and not customers because Courtney also advises on what will work and what he recommends to give you the same desired effect while saving money. As a disabled veteran, I hired another contractor to perform the job who was charging me more than Courtney. The contractor promised me a time to begin the kb and was late which resulted In firing them and reaching out to Courtney. When I say it was a blessing, I mean it. Courtney and his team were early for an appointment, met us at floor and decor, and helped get exactly what was needed and completed the job while producing top-notch results. "Habib Bezine called and said he could give me an estimate that day. When he arrived, he was masked and had his certificate of vaccination in hand. Bravo! The estimate for the two window screens was $90, in line with similar repairs pre-COVID. Mr. Bezine did the repair work outside, and only needed to be inside to reinstall the screens. The work was done within 30 minutes."

"The crew from JJ Home Improvements 9 LLC was great. When giving an estimate, they were polite, answered various questions I had, and explained the planned work. They were upfront about what was realistically possible. I am pleased with the results of their work. I live in an old condo unit built in the early 1970s. The metal entry door was bent out of shape and the foam weatherstripping in poor condition. I could not replace the condo door, so they straightened it as much they could. They also replaced the poorly trimmed metal door sweep with a modern rubber one. While applying the new weatherstripping, they compensated for the remaining bend of the door and created a proper seal. Now I no longer have light or cold air coming through. Thank you!"
