With the upcoming hurricane, I anticipated trouble. I found Expert Tree Services LLC through Home Advisor. Walter contacted me quickly and came out and assessed my concerns. I was given a very fair estimate and booked the job. He knew how anxious I was and he and his crew came the very next day- today! GREAT professional work. Even better communication. "It was great. They accomplished projects in the yard that we had put off for years'. They removed 2 boxwoods and one of 2 huge pampas grass bushes, They are going to remove the other one after the yellow jackets that had made a nest are dead (we had to call an exterminator to do this). They also trimmed back all of the bushes that were overgrown after a lot of neglect due to illness. The house actually looks like someone lives there now!"

"Elite arborist just completed a tree removal for us and we are thrilled with our entire interaction from start to finish. Kevin quickly came out to give an estimate and Danielle was pleasure to interact with by email for questions such as Certificate of Insurance and scheduling. We had a 100 ft poplar tree- rotten and hollow at the base. It was in a tricky location due to the close proximity to our leach field, fence, and multiple planting beds. Kevin and his crew were professional, very skilled, personable and did an excellent job. The crew didnâ t stop until the tree was removed and they left the property in better condition than when they started. We really appreciated the customer oriented approach, attention to detail and safety, availability, and expertise. In the future we will hire them again and highly recommend them."

"I give JLP Infrastructure and Jesse Pinion FIVE STARS across the board!!! I highly recommend this company for any Tree Removal Project! I will definitely hire them again if the need arises!!! When Mr. Pinion met me for a free estimate, he was most impressive when he promptly offered me a copy of the company's Proof of Insurance BEFORE I even asked for it! He provided me with a nice and neat bundle of paperwork that included a written estimate; a Certificate from the State of North Carolina (signed by the NC Secretary of State); and a copy of the P.O.I. I also want to point out that this company was very reasonable with their price; more so than the other quotes we received. Mr. Pinion and his work crew were absolutely awesome. They started the job at 7:30am and they finished around 2:30pm. They cut down 4 trees in our yard. Three of those trees were extremely close to our house and in difficult locations to get at (the trunk of one tree was literally touching our house)! They removed all 4 trees without any problems whatsoever and cleaned everything up before leaving! Jesse Pinion and his crew handled the entire Tree Removal Project with extreme expertise!!!
