For some reason when they were supposed to turn on via the timer later in the day, they didn't work. Ed came back out and fixed them (we thought!). I was frustrated and called Ted who, on a Saturday, was very helpful. He offered suggestions over the phone to try to remedy the problem and offered to have someone come out on Sunday.
