"Sunbird properties did an amazing job in tree trimming and trim removal project. Led by Jack, the team worked extremely hard and were all in sync throughout the project and everyone knew their role and played it perfectly. This project was not easy involving 6 or 7 Brazilian pepper trees all intertwined near palm trees and they successfully removed them with little to no damage to my palm trees which were right below. They were meticulous and calculated in everything they did and took every precaution to limit the damage. A really difficult task honestly. Not to mention that the rest of the tree trimming project was flawless and trimmed to perfection and to my complete satisfaction. Their cleanup work was outstanding as well and were very conscious of surrounding neighbors property and made sure not to damage or leave anything behind on their property. The cost of the job was extremely reasonable for the amount of work involved and I am grateful to Jim and his team for an outstanding job. I will absolutely be using Sunbird for many years to come for all my tree trimming and tree removal projects."

"Our experience with Southern Tree Services relates entirely to our communication with and the work accomplished by Bryce Perry and his team. We are out-of-state owners of an acre of land in Crystal River that was untouched and heavily forested. Bryce conducted an onsite visit followed discussions about our requirements over the phone. Without a concept of what we want to do with the land, we simply wanted to clear some of the forest for access from the road without removing any major trees. Without detailed specificity we relied on Bryce’s judgement for what and where to remove the trees. Trust was involved because we could only arrive late to write a check on the same day as the work being done with Bryce depending on us to show up and us relying on him to get the work done. We arrived late afternoon to be pleasantly surprised by a tremendous clearing swinging around in an arc from one street to the street running perpendicular providing a wonderful and private open space essentially hidden from street view. Several trees had to be cut down into pieces using chain saws and the roots cleared using a backhoe and tractors. We arrived as the fourth and last truck was filled and hauled away. By the end of the day we were dazzled by the appeal of the land completely accomplished by Bryce and his team with essentially no specific direction from us."

They did such a clean and professional job my property looked so much prettier afterwards even after having several trees needing to be cut down for the site preparation for our very large shop and it looked like a beautiful park setting. "My experience with Caleb was fantastic!! He was the ultimate professional!! We almost had a fire because of a dryer plug melting and filled the whole house with smoke. Fire department came and all was ok but it was scary!! Caleb made sure he kept everything SAFE when fixing the dryer vent and putting in new smoke detectors. He even took pictures and video under the house and outside to show me everything was secure and safe!! Really went out of his way!! Lastly, what he charged me was very reasonable and what he quoted and the final cost was right on even a little less because it didnâ t take as long as he thought.
