The price was great for the work done and better, he was able to come out the same week to do the job. He and his crew were out when they said they'd be out and completed the work in the time he gave. The actual work looks amazing and so much nicer than what was there. I have an old house and there's always something unexpected when work is done, this being no exception. Thankfully, it was a small issue, but it was taken care of. My project was a fairly complex house flip requiring removal of old roofs on 3 buildings and installation of brand new asphalt shingles. I also had them vault the ceiling in part of the house which required extensive removal and repair plus a new deck. They didn't try to upsell on unecessary repairs and only replaced decking that was rotted in various places. All was completed better than expected at a reasonable cost.
