"I was referred to Juan's company from a friend and I also found him here on HomeAdvisor. My project was a fairly complex house flip requiring removal of old roofs on 3 buildings and installation of brand new asphalt shingles. I also had them vault the ceiling in part of the house which required extensive removal and repair plus a new deck. They didn't try to upsell on unecessary repairs and only replaced decking that was rotted in various places. All was completed better than expected at a reasonable cost.
