It was a Sunday and I was calling everywhere - I didn't really expect anyone to pickup but was was extremely pleased when Chris (the owner of All Pro Audio Video) picked up the phone. He was very patient with me on the phone. I have to give him props for that I was frantic - you try having a teenager freak out on you the day of her sweet 16! Chris went above and beyond and was insistent he could resolve the issue free of charge over the phone. But since I was in such a time crunch I asked if he'd stop by and he eagerly agreed - on a Sunday - mind blown! He showed up within an hour. I quickly showed him our setup and the issue we were having. I was distracted trying prepare for my daughter's party and in no time the issue was resolved and we had tunes for the party! Day saved!
