If there are extra costs (ie, on the rental they found that some of the underlying wood for the siding needed to be replaced, which was not evident when doing the original estimate), he is upfront about why that is so. The owner is very willing to discuss, and more importantly LISTEN, to what I need, request and/or question. If something is not possible, he tells me, in words I can understand, why that is so. The work is professionally done. He does provide an excellent guarantee on work, but so far I have not needed to utilize that!"
