Comment: I would like a 2 story, 4 bed, 3.5 bath. Master on the first floor. Open concept on the first floor from the living room and kitchen. Mid-grade on some spaces, Mid to high in kitchen living room and master bedroom/ bath. Would like an office on the first floor that would also serve as a nursery when needed. A powder room on the first floor. 2.5 car garage attached. Brick veneer on the front of the house, and siding or another economical finished on the sides and back. A covered patio in the back or maybe front depending on the design. 2nd floor will have the other three bedrooms and bathrooms to support. Do not need a super high finish on the second floor. I do want the house to have good curb appeal but do not want to over complicate the structure of roof line, where the price goes up a lot per sqft. The house will be built on 3 acres. We will need a fence to keep dogs in that preferably goes around the entire house.
