He responded quickly to calls and text messages, replying with thoughtful answers. His crew is well trained and skilled. For this job, they refinished, stained and polyurethaned red pine flooring throughout a circa 1905 historic house. They also replaced damaged boards, filled holes, and matched the stains to create a uniform appearance. The kitchen floor was so damaged that refinishing them would have produced inferior results. This was not apparent when he quoted the job because the floors were covered in linoleum. Victor was open to negotiating a fair price for installing a brand new oak plank floor.
