"I had flickering lights and none working outlets. They did not charge me to the diagnose. After problem was figured out, they did not try to upsell anything and gave me a practical solution that I could afford. Price was reasonable and honest. They called the next day to check up if everything was working properly. This is rare quality. I recommend them to everyone thatâ s looking for an honest and knowledgeable electrician."

"They arrived quickly to fix our leaky dormer roof which was originally shingles. They suggested we remove the shingle roof and replace it with a roll out torch down roof due to the low pitch of the dormer. We already had a different section of our house (covered porch) done in black roll out so we agreed to the job as long as everything matched in color. We live in a very hilly residential area and you can see the top of our roof easily from up the block. After we paid the guys and they had left we took a walk up the block and realized they used light grey (almost the same color as my house siding) instead of black. It looked AWFUL since now we had 2 colors of roof on our house at the same time! Plus there was no contrast vs. the house siding. Once we got up on the roof to take a closer look they had also left a bunch of unused nails up there. We called the owner and he apologized and agreed to fix it. We give them 5 stars for fixing the leak and doing the right thing in coming back and making it all black to match the rest of the house for no additional cost. Thank you."

"We had a wonderful experience with Landi. We hired them to install two flood light cameras and a new video doorbell on the house. They were on time, extremely helpful, patient, and the work was excellent. I will be hiring them again for sure and couldn't recommend them more to anyone looking for electrical work!"

A truly skilled, well-equipped professional with a truck full of parts that charges $100 an hour can be a much wiser choice than an inexperienced hack, working with inadequate tools and no parts, but charging much less. Often, more experienced professionals get the job done quickly with warrantied work.
2. Compare Travel ChargesRates reflect travel times. Travel charges can have a big impact on your costs and are in some ways easier to compare than hourly rates. Many electricians spend a third or more of their time navigating traffic on their way to a jobsite. Every contractor must find a way to pay for the expense of driving each day.
3. Bundle Repair Jobs TogetherWhen you feel it’s time to call a pro, review your list and then conduct a mini-inspection of your home. Look for faulty switches and dysfunctional or crowded outlets. When the electrician comes, you’ll save money and time by getting everything taken care of at once.
