"Peter was very professional and courteous. He quickly found that the problem was a burned out broiler fuse. He checked the oven fuse, as well, and had him replace that as well. He went online and ordered the parts while showing me the cost. When the parts came in he fixed the oven just in time for Thanksgiving. Make sure you know his acceptable payments beforehand."

"Two men showed up to mount a new microwave over my stove in place of the microwave that had stopped working. I thought 12 years was pretty good for a microwave. They appreciated that since it was the same manufacturer and almost the same model to replace, that I had both installation books. I considered the time it took about average. I appreciated their good manners and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I was happy."
