"Arlen was exceptional regarding communication & coordination of schedules & appointments. Also, was punctional and true to his word. I felt he was trustworthy. The crew was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I was concerned about having ruts left in my yard upon the completion of the job. Unfortunately, this was the case. Some may have been from the tree hitting the ground, but others were the direct cause of the crew loading a heavy load onto the hand truck and then pulling it over the lawn . My other criticsm was the crew dropping the heavy tree segments onto my concrete driveway in front of their chipper. This weakens the concrete and makes it susceptible to cracking - especially during such cold temperatures. Having said that , I would still hire them again."

We had some scheduling issues (partly due to weather) and I had to do the contacting when a day didn’t work, but ultimately he came out on Saturday morning of a holiday weekend and completed the job cleanly and efficiently. I had purchased some plants that I couldn’t plant until the work was done so I truly appreciated his coming out on the Saturday. He was polite and professional and I would use him again."
