"Geremi responded to a call during a family holiday and was wiling to come right away - we found a compromise on timing. He fixed a clogged toilet (I worked on it all day!) in just minutes. While he was here I asked him to replace the flush mechanism in the tank. All is well in my one and only bathroom again. Before this visit, he re-plumbed my 1940's house, and on a separate job he replaced the sewer line to the street. "Review by Karni & Edward, in Burbank, CA Project: Replace faulty Pfitser tub spout (which was 16 yrs. old), with new spout sent by manufacturer, AND replace washers & springs on kitchen faucet. David & Sam came over right away, when I called for an estimate, and also provided us with a senior discount, which I thought was great customer service! David took the time to evaluate the plumbing problems we were having, and advised us, in a very patient and practical manner. David sent Sam to do the repairs, and the whole experience was VERY positive. Sam was very creative in resolving the problem with the Pfister tub spout, when we learned that the new spout was shorter than the original one in the wall; he solved the problem, and it now looks great, and works well. Sam also did a great job of replacing the sink washers and springs, so that we no longer have a "drip", and all of his work was VERY clean!!! Both David and Sam were very personable and great to work with. We will definitely call David, at Precise Plumbing (his family business) AGAIN, should another plumbing problem arise in the future!"

"Andreh completed the job in 1 1/2 hours, more quickly than he had estimated (and his time estimate, 2 hours, was at least half of the next lowest, 4-6 hours). He installed the replacement parts my husband and I had purchased, and brought the part we had forgotten about. He didn't (as one plumber did) deprecate the manufacturer of the material he was installing. He was on time, and left the bathroom in better condition than he had found it. He is a pleasant person, clean and neat in appearance. We look forward to using his services again."

"I talked to Al over the phone and we set up a appointment to meet. He was on time and looked over the project and gave me the price to clear the blocked kitchen drain.He completed the project and also did some extra work at no additional cost. He cleaned up before he left, and showed me that the drain was clear and working, unlike the previous plumber 2 days earlier who didn;t complete the project, and charged me more than his estimate. Al was very professional and fully explained the problem."
