"Ideal Roofing company was a pleasant company to work with from start to finish. The company replied the next day after my initial online request to schedule for an estimator to come by. The estimator showed up ahead of schedule and was able to explain different qualities of roofing and shingles options available to me, which is great. One great thing about the company was they can get multiple jobs done at once including attic insulation and replacement of kitchen/bathroom exhausted ducts. As with any other home renovation projects, the work always came with surprises such as the discontinued chosen colour shingle , additional of steel plate around the roof edge to cover the gap, lack of ventilation intakes, and number of plywoods that needed to be replaced. Each time Mike from Ideal Roofing was able to clearly explained the situation to me and let me know the pro and con of each options for me to make the decision to proceed or not. The crew working on site showed up on time each day and worked efficiently and treated customers with respect, and clean up at end of each day. Although the job took 3 days to complete, the crew came back as promised a couple days later as promised to finish last minor remaining work. It is definitely a pleasure to work with a company that is transparent, keep communications open with customer, and deliver what is agreed or promised."

"5 star provided very professional services. Initially, I hired them just to clean my gutters. Which they did expeditiously. They cared enough to point out to me the necessity to change my gutter in a sensitive area and repairs water damage on the exterior. With that task done so well, we discovered cracks on the steps and landing which they were able to remedy in no time for a very fair price and very cleanly. They added white paint on wooded poll areas that had weathered just to make sure the house was fully restored and maintained. Do not hesitate to use this service."

"Mike and Ray were amazing. We hired them to do renovation work on our wooden deck. They built and replaced two staircases, reinforced all of the railings and balusters, installed lattice work around the perimeter of the bottom of the deck, replaced all of the deck caps and installed new concrete footing at the base of the deck. Their workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. They arrived early, worked neatly, cleaned up and left the deck in magnificent shape. I highly recommend them.
