"What Frank and Eric actually did was a renovation of my very old, outdated, kitchen. They did a removal of a drop ceiling, repaired original ceiling with drywall, installed recessed lighting as well as a new modern light above sink, painted the kitchen, installed new cabinets along with a kitchen pantry and a new kitchen floor. They also replaced electrical outlets as well as installed new appliances I ordered. The work that Frank and Eric performed deserves the highest rating a person could receive. My primary installation order with Lowe's fell thru because they changed installers so I had to do a last moment order with Empire Today - the whole thing from the estimate to installation took less than a week and I had a terrific experience with Tom A (sales agent) along with the install process (call-ahead, call-during to check on progress) and follow-up. I'm a little shocked - did I get lucky or are all these people rating them low crazy? Who knows - I'll be using Empire Today for carpeting projects in the future definitely. My last-minute carpeting project came cheaper and faster than anything I've experienced with Lowe's so far."
