From the first meeting, Rich laid out a clear and reasonably priced plan of action, and took his time answering our questions. This project took much longer than we thought due to foundation issues, which significantly extended the timeline and scope of the work, but Rich never made us feel rushed. He even lent one of his tools to help us determine when the hardwood was ready to be installed. We are already contracting Rich again to help replace and paint some of the walls where the floor was replaced, and we'll certainly reach out whenever we are in need of his services. All around awesome, friendly, and professional."

His installers were excellent. On time, courteous, meticulous, the made the install look great. The only minor complaint I had is that the actual install time was double the estimated time (4-5 hours really took close to 9 hours), but this may have to do with the care and attention his installers took. Not a big deal, just something to consider when you set up your appointment. I definately recommend Superior carpet to anyone."
