"Excellent quality, on time, and exceptionally professional. Their punctuality and reliability in starting at 7 am and finishing by 7 PM provide dependable service. Did exactly what they said they would do, replacing about 5 sheets of plywood at no extra cost, plus a few additional items with no change order; they just ate the cost. Set up lights to get it done in one day. Clean-up was perfect, not one piece of paper left behind after pulling off two layers of roofing material and replacing the skylight. Plus, a 30-year GAF warranty. Timberline GAF. Highly recommend, I stayed and watched the whole process, and not one foul word, and no one was smoking. I have been a property manager for 40+ years, a real Estate agent, and a General Contractor. Reasonably priced, also. For the service, I would say excellent price. Giving them all my business. 3-4 roofs per year."
