"I had spoken with a few builders to add a sun room to an existing deck. The builders' work would be more complicated and suggested I hire a sun room builder to do the project. Joyce sent a salesperson to our house to look at what we needed and advised us on the best way to handle the work. Once they started, it was two workers who put each piece in place. Both of these guys were friendly and helpful in discussing the job with us. We had a discussion about part of the room since it was already framed with a roof and floor. The next day, three men from the factory end of the company came to the house to examine the situation and provided solutions which we approved, since it was not costing us any additional money. They wanted to make sure we were all on the same page. There hasn't been a problem with working with this company."
