"Lio is so very knowledgeable in his expertise that he was able to communicate his procedure in a fashion we understood. He took time to explain what he was going to do and how he was to accomplish replumbing a 90+ year old house that has a very small craw space. He took on the task that no other plumber would touch because of the small crawl space. Initial contact with Initiative Plumbing and final job finish was less than a week (actual work was completed in one day as promised).
