William & his assistant worked tirelessly & carefully for 3 weeks to make sure it was perfect. There was some initial confusion as to paint colors, but William made it right - didn't try to "pass the blame". I was so "relieved with" and "appreciative of" his honesty. We've vacated the house, but I've still used the cabinets some, and sometimes my nail scraping against the paint has left a scratch. I think I should have asked for the quote to include a clear coat sealant to make the paint more durable."
