"Albert gave me good impression immediately when he took off his work boots before coming in the house to check the fireplace/chimney. He didn't hesitate going up on the roof, unlike other company said they'll find out when they come to clean the chimney. Albert took pictures and explained to me repairs were needed. He answered my husband's questions promptly before we contracted him to do the work. Of course, we won't know for sure how good the flashing repair was until next rain/snow storm. "Responded promptly to home advisor inquiry. Discovered a small hole in roof while in attic. They came out an repaired quickly for a reasonable price. Took photos before and after to show what they did. Noticed broken gutters (I was aware of this issue, but had forgotten about it). Offered to repair those and I accepted. One was loose the other dislodged from snow and ice last winter. Repaired/replaced as needed-again reasonable price and they were already here! Very friendly, great customer service."
