"This was a job most roofers would refuse. It could have been very invasive and expensive, on one end. On the other end, it would’ve needed a quick fix that would be effective for years. I elected the easier route. The fix was done within nine days though roofers are notoriously busy and there were some extenuating circumstances. Easy to communicate with, too."

He had the opportunity to complete more extensive work for double the price, but explained to me that this was not the problem, was unnecessary and a waste of my money. He offered to come back later if what he quoted did not stop the leak and do the other work for the difference between to the 2 estimates, assuming a loss on the first job. I'd definitely recommend him and use him again for any work in his expertise area."
