"Ken was very nice to deal with and answered all my questions. He explained how I should have things done if I wanted the job to be done correctly and give me what I wanted, which turned out to be the best value for my money. Because I am out of state, he sent me photos of the job, during and at completion. I was happy with the results and so were my tenants. It's always scary hiring a contractor for work when you are not there, but this proved to be a good experience. I highly recommend Ken and will be using his services again in the future. Thanks Ken!!"
