"Sean arrived the day after I called to request service. After I accepted the estimate, he showed up the next day to start the service. He was very professional and I was very pleased. After closing off the roof entrances, he had great luck trapping the rodents. However, some managed to get into the downstairs area, and Sean kept looking until we found all the entrances they had created. Sean finally got the last one in the downstairs area. Sean is an excellent employee . I also want to say that Hailey is a very pleasant voice for your company.
