Once they started trimming up the tree, they found that it was infested by ants and most of the limbs (living included) were being hollowed out. The supervisor was straight forward with me with by options and we decided the best thing to do was take the entire tree down. Lucky for us they had brought the whole crew down and easily transitioned from a trim to a removal. And the cost of the removal (stump grinding and clean up included) was less than what another company quoted me just for the trimming!"
