"Your company was third to give me a quote. It was so much cheaper than others I had to ask three times if it was for tree removal & stump. There was a delay in getting started as I was having driveway paved and it was pending the weather. As it turned out the paving company had showed up same day as service for tree & was told they could come back following Monday. For some unknown reason you guys didn't return so was desperate on finding you again because I was not given a card or firm date for service. As it turned out after several calls I found your service contact again and even with rain the night before, your guys were there bright & early. The job site was not particularly easy to access, but the crew handled it all with aplomb. Oscar and Douglas were readily available to answer any questions we had, and volunteered many points of information as the work was in process. The individual that performed the final re-installation of the slate tiles did so by himself, and his work in particular was impeccable. Also, his cleanup of the job site once the work was completed was exceptionally well done."
