"We had an emergency with our drain in our facility and was initially told we would have to wait for an after hours slot to take care of the issue. I let them know that it was vital to our business to take care of this or we would have to cease all operations. They called me back within a matter of a few minutes and they sent a tech out almost immediately. The tech was friendly and efficient. Great service from everyone involved.
