Professional: replied immediately (within 10 minutes, if that) as soon as I posted the request on this app. He came on time exactly when he said he would come, within the same day we spoke, to take the measurements and photos of the area to be worked on. 2. He came with photos of his previous projects/work. 3. Communication! He was in constant contact when checking on the status of the job, which includes doing the actual welding of the iron rail 4. Craftmanship! There were no weird grooves or dents in the rail and the paint was of high quality, no chipping, etc. The railing was a piece of art, flawless. 5.
