A short time later I received a text alert to say the service tech was enroute.. Rob C arrived promptly and immediately replaced the springs so that I could get the car out which allowed the woman of the house to leave for work. He was so informative and efficient that I elected replace my opener with a new quiet one which had been on my to do list for quite a while. The total repair consisted of 2 springs, 1 opener with wifi, 1 remote, 1 wall button and sensing eyes all of which came at an amazing price after Apex applied every discount that was available. Now they have a customer who'll not only be getting lube, tune and safety inspections but will also eagerly refer the service to friends, family and neighbors."
