He and his wife called to let me know approximate arrival time, moved all items from patio (took photos of where they were) and put them all back. They did a meticulous cleaning and power wash to remove black mildew, dirt in concrete cracks, while covering plants nearby for protection. I highly recommend them for all power washing jobs."
