"I used Shawn at SouthState for underbrush clearing, tree removal, mulching, and general land cleanup on my 5-acre property in Oakes Estates. First, when he says he'll be there, he shows up—a quality that's harder to find than it should be. Second, SouthState uses top-of-the-line equipment, which makes a noticeable difference in both the quality and efficiency of the work. What impressed me most, however, was Shawn's knowledge and willingness to walk me through the pros and cons of the different service options. He helped me understand that the cheapest option isn't always the best value.
