"Dan Prendergast, owner is personable, professional, punctual and polite. My project was the replacement of the sidewalk in front of a rental property. I had actually made a verbal agreement to go with another contractor but withdrew after being made to feel uneasy about the proposed plan, cost and timeline; Ultimately, I lost the ability to trust the company owner or that the job would be properly executed. Dan Prendergast erased all such concerns and left me feeling fully confident he would do the job well, on time, and at reasonable cost: the value is already evident in peace of mind and quality workmanship.
