She's kind and polite, but pushes just hard enough to make me reconsider why I'm keeping certain things. She always finds ideas on how to best organize anything I do want to keep so that they're practical and useful. She's helped me organize my kitchen, pantry, office, and craft room so far. And a bonus benefit: she offered to drop off donations for me. I didn't realize how many things I was keeping around because they were "still good" but I had no use for them. I couldn't recommend her enough!"
