Thanks for the email. I have one service that owes me an estimate, but here is what I am looking to do...
We're looking to install a handrail and balusters from the first to the second floor, along with newel posts.
The handrail would be two pieces because the stairwell is half exposed
Along with the handrail, we need to install balusters along the exposed stairs.(~5 stairs worth)
We need to put up a railing to separate the stairwell from the second floor.
I attached photos of the stairwell for reference
Photo 1: Facing the stairwell --> Not including the first step / landing, there are 5 exposed stairs running about 4 feet.
Photo 2: Facing up the stairwell --> The previous handrail (drilled into the wall) was about 6 feet.
Photo 3: From the second floor, facing the stairwell --> Lastly, the second floor opening is roughly 7 feet. (closer to 82 inches)

Is this something we order, or does it require official measurement first? I am unsure of the quantity we would need.

As for timing, we are waiting for a furniture delivery, planned for 2/1-2/2. Could we target the week of 2/5 for installation?
