"Our experience with Koala was great from very first phone call. Office is very organized and friendly. Joe came out, inspected our attic and gave us best options to be more energy and cost efficient. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and didnâ  t push a sales pitch!!! Jeremy and his coworker were very professional, polite, and task oriented. They were quick and efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job! Would highly recommend this company for your insulation needs!!!"

"The company also does pest control. I was very satisfied since they also included the fan in the price, so I did not have to shop for the fan and light kit. I knew nothing about fans or what I needed. The person who installed the fan also took down the old fixture and removed it. I didn't want it and didn't have to deal with disposing of it. The installer also had drop clothes which kept my room and floor clean. I hate when I have something done and also have to clean up afterward. This person kept it neat and I did not have a mess afterwards. I probably could have gotten the work done for less money, but I am interested in it getting done right the first time."
