    "We were having a problem with the fan on our furnace. Today is a holiday and we were afraid no one would be available. We only went online, filled out the text communication. (They actually check their text messages.). Then I noticed that we could make an online appointment, which I did. At 6:30 pm we had a knock at our door! Lee had driven over an hour to attend our heating problem. The membership was well worth it because we didn’t get charged for the service call and our issue was resolved.
