    Comment: I have, what I think is a pretty small, old, non-functioning oil tank in the basement of my bungalow house here in boise. There are a few pipes that extend from the tank and extend through the house walls to the exterior. they are capped. I'm looking for someone to remove the pipes, plug the holes and remove the tank from my house.
