Ishmael did a beautiful job in 2 apartments for me. He laid a new floor of engineered wood in one apartment and repaired water damage in another. He price was competitive, he was true to his word, his work was clean and neat. He was very nice and easy to deal with. I would recommend him highly.

Ishmael is truly committed to producing quality workmanship. I had my apartment completely re-floored and found him to be dependable in keeping his appointments and working with me on exactly the type of hardwood floor I selected. He completed the job in the time promised and I really had no glitches with this project. I recommend him without reservation.

Ishmael and his team did a phenomenal job refinishing the floors in my home. They were all incredibly helpful and polite with helping me move all my furniture throughout my apartment and answering any questions that I had. Ishmael literally explained the entire process to me and gave me pointers on how to keep my floor in good condition. Ishmael and his team certainly put their customers at the forefront and truly care about providing great quality work. My floors were beautiful and they even made sure to vacuum my floors and clean before leaving. There are many more great things to share but I will leave it with saying that I will certainly be working with them again in the future and would highly recommend anyone else to work with Ishmael and team!

About 5 years ago Ishmael refinished, repaired and installed new wood to match and installed prefinished wood for my entire house 2200+ sqft. He refinished the steps, pulled out old wood around the radiators, installed fresh oak, sanded and stained to match and you couldn't tell it wasn't there forever. He was economical, courteous, detailed, a pleasure to work with and 5 years later, the floors still look brand new. Everyone that's ever been in our house has complemented us on our floors. I just sold that home and moved out of state, the floors I think was one of the big selling items, but I'm looking for contractors now in MA and wish I could get Ishmael to come up and do my floors in my new house. He was that good. I would recommend him to do any job when it comes to wood floors.

Ishmael was flexible, sensitive to our timing needs, always positive and professional. His quote was very reasonable given the reviews I had read about his work. From the very beginning when he was willing to show up at 8AM to do a quote, all the way to the job being done on time as quoted with everything going smoothly. What impressed me the most is when there was a slight misunderstanding with the management company Ishmael was fast to remedy the situation and make everything right as quickly as possible. My husband recently became a paraplegic, so he was to be admitted to a hospital on very short notice. These guys were the best , they rushed the job so my hubby could return home as scheduled. I did notice a few areas that could use a touch up,but not a big deal. Thanks & regard Nancy. Houghtaling

ISHMAEL FIRST EXPLAINED EXACTLY WHAT HAD TO BE DONE, BROKE DOWN THE CHARGES. HE WAS HERE ON TIME, FINISHED THE INSTALLATION/FLOORING 19'X18' AHEAD OF SCHEDULE & EVEN WAS SO KIND AS TO HELP ME REARRANGE MY VERY HEAVY FURNITURE THE WAY I REQUESTED.....ALL THIS WITH A SMILE! BUT.....MOST OF ALL HE & HIS CREW DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I'M SORRY I DID NOT HIRE HIM FOR MY PREVIOUS INSTALLATION PROJECT. DEFINETLY WILL HIRE HIM FOR ANY FUTURE INSTALLATION(S) & RECOMMEND HIM TO MY NEIGHBORS & FRIENDS....GREAT JOB ISHMAEL. PS. THE COST WAS REASONABLE. JIM THE CHIN

Ishmael was great to work with. He kept in contact with us throughout the project, updating us daily. The floors look great and he finished by the date we needed him to. It was great working with Ishmael!
