"In a home with 4 very active kids my carpet has reached a state of dirty I never imagined possible. I've had it cleaned prof. before but was too expensive to keep up. I finally decided to give it another shot this time with D&M not the one with the "unbeatable reputation". Not only were they prompt (next day service), polite and professional but the carpet never looked better after having it cleaned. Oh yea, did I mention that because I had a couple of stains that could not be removed they did not charge me for the whole room! "We hired Val to repair our kitchen ceiling which was damaged from a bathroom leak directly upstairs and to install a new bathroom floor. We left it up to him to pick out a suitable color for the floor tiles, and he installed tiles that were a perfect match for the room decor. He also, at no additional charge, cleaned up the old caulk around the tub and recaulked it. While he was there, we also had him recap our chimney and replace the old faucet stems in the bathtub. All in all, his crew showed up on time, accomodated our special needs and did an excellent job. We are keeping his contact info for any future jobs we may need to have done."

"We have had DDP (Dariusz Pardo and his great crew) do substantial projects for us since 2015 - interior painting and kitchen remodel for my motherâ s condo, exterior painting of our house - so when we decided to do a major refresh and renovation of our house, DDP was our first choice. That was a smart move! After much discussion and thought, we agreed on an expansive project list. * New kitchen: cabinets, quartz countertops, crown molding, ceramic backsplash, porcelain floor, ceiling and under-counter lighting * Replace hardwood floors (rip out hardwood, screw down sub-flooring, install and finish new flooring) * Replace interior doors (19) and door moldings * Replace all baseboard moldings * Build new Pantry and laundry room closets and remodel all other closets * Family Room: Design and install new in ceiling lighting, and install new laminate flooring * Replace all electrical switches and outlets, and install several new outlets in kitchen, bedrooms and family room * Fix creaky stairs * Adjust step height of several stair steps * Paint every room and closet, which required resurfacing of many areas that had deep cracking/peeling of 60 years worth of paint. * Design and install plumbing for a new water softener system, and install system * Install new natural gas Hot Water Heater including leak detector with automatic water shut-off. Along the way, Dariusz made numerous helpful suggestions and incidental improvements, driven by his high standard of design and desire to deliver the best possible results. The projects took about 13 weeks to complete - pretty quick for all the work that was done. The end result is spectacular - we have transformed our tired old house! We are delighted with our new home! Friends and family who have visited are amazed at how beautiful everything is, and how many improvements were made to make cabinets, closets and other spaces much more useful. The kitchen tops the list. We LOVE our new kitchen! It looks beautiful and all our friends and family agree. In fact, a cousin who visited in October told me that she â covetsâ our kitchen - and that is passionate praise coming from a pastor! Bottom line: donâ t hesitate to engage DDP for any project. Darius Pardo and DDP Construction LLC are the absolute BEST. Our friends who have also engaged Dariusz say the same thing."

"We initially contacted Gomez Vision Construction to install our bathroom countertops. We talked to Jorge for first consultation and estimate. We were so impressed by Jorge's knowledge about the work scope, so we discussed other projects with him and we really liked his proposals. We ended up signed a contract with him for doing our countertops for not only bathrooms but also for the kitchen, as well as the installation of bathroom tile floors and toilets. He quoted us a very competitive price, we initially was a little skeptical about their quality of works, but was really impressed once his crew started working on the projects. They arrive on promised time, work long hours each day, and paid close attention into details, and finished each projects on time without sacrificing quality of work.
