We discussed the issues we were having with our septic tanks/pump and he explained to me what the possible problems could be and gave me estimates for each and every possible issue. We set up an appointment for him to come out and take a look the very next morning 11/15 at 10-1045 so he could give me an exact price. He called around 9 and asked if he could come out early, which I was completely happy about. Within 5 mins of looking and finagling with everything he told me that my pump was broken...and my tank was full that we needed a new pump asap. He left right away to pick up a new pump and came straight back and got everything back up and running. He was seriously our blessing in disguise. Jim will now be or go to guy. "Our house is almost 130 years old, so we needed to have some foundation stabilization done. The company was a pleasure to do business with. From our initial consultation and beyond, every contact was courteous and knowledgeable. On the first day of the project, after removing the dirt to see the foundation, it was discovered that the existing foundation was not sufficient to support using the helical piers according to the building inspector. The dirt was all replaced and it was arranged to come back out and give me a quote for a different process using smart jacks. Due to circumstances at my local building department, the new job had to be postponed until a new permit could be obtained. Once that was done I was rescheduled and the job was completed in a day and a half. When the building inspector came to sign off on the permit, he raved at what a great job they had done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked."
